You can order items displayed on this website by: -
Browsing our on-line Catalogue, and clicking on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We will endeavour to deal with your order by return. In all cases, you will be sent a quotation, once we have checked the price and availability & shipping cost of the goods, which will show all relevant charges applicable at that time.
Once you have accepted this and placed your order using the on-line shopping facility you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement automatically (please do not respond to this unless any of the details are incorrect). The fact that you have received an e-mail acknowledgement does not mean that we will be able to fulfil your order or any contract has been made.
If for any reason we are not able to fulfil your order we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity to advise you of this, at this point you have the right to change or cancel your order. Any payments made or due will be adjusted as the circumstances dictate. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
Once the goods have been dispatched, at that moment we have accepted your order and that a contract has been made between us. Should there be any discrepancies you will be contacted via email or telephone.
Made To Order Products
Certain items on our website are made as instructed by yourselves. Once we have acknowledged your order, we have accepted your order. At this point this order cannot be cancelled or amended. These goods are not returnable at any time as they are made at your request.
In all cases, it is assumed that you have read the terms and conditions before making an order. All orders placed will adhere to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check the quotation email for any errors or omissions and contact Radiating Style before the item(s) have been acknowledged or despatched (exc. special orders) to rectify these errors.
Advice given is to the best of our ability, we are not professional plumbers/electricians/builders or installers and can only offer some guidance, it is your responsibility to seek professional advice for your requirements from a competent person, should the item you have ordered, be incorrect it is your responsibility to return these goods (if applicable) as per our returns policy below.
We do not advise anyone to pre-book any tradesman or any installers until goods have been received and checked, as email@example.com will not be held liable for any tradesman/installer charges.
Prices on Radiating Style Ltd
Our current prices are as displayed on the website and they exclude VAT and delivery charges.
We will endeavour to ensure that the prices shown on this website are correct. We retain the right to make adjustments to the pricing on this site to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties. Or if due to an error omission, the price published for the goods is incorrect regardless of the status of the order.
If for any reason the price(s) of any item(s) are incorrect at the time you place an order with us, we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity to advise you of this. At this point you have the right to change or cancel (exc. special orders) your order. Any payments made will be adjusted up or down accordingly as the circumstances dictate.
VAT (charged at appropriate rate) and delivery charges are included in the total amount payable in your quotation which you will have the opportunity to check before confirming your order.
Payments to Radiating Style Ltd
You can pay for your goods by Visa or MasterCard credit cards or by Maestro, Solo or Delta debit cards.
You can also pay for your goods by Cheque, BACS or CHAPS and PayPal.
All Credit/Debit card transactions conducted over the Internet are encrypted to minimise the risk of third party attack and misuse of the details therein.
Delivery of Goods
All deliveries are charged extra, ex. Vat across the board. Due to the range and weights of our products we will quote delivery charges on our quotation (s). Standard charges may be displayed at time of order. We realise this may seem expensive, but unfortunately we are charged these rates by our couriers. We will inform you prior to dispatch of all charges applicable.
Although you may enter a delivery address that differs from the cardholder address, for anti-fraud reasons we reserve the right to delivery goods to the cardholder address only.
We endeavour process your order on receipt. Goods are normally despatched within 3 - 5 business days. â€Specialâ€ orders are despatched at or near the stated time as advised. However, some items may take longer than the stated delivery time.
All customers will be contacted by email/telephone to confirm a convenient delivery date between the days of Monday and Friday 9.00AM to 6.00PM (excluding weekends) - we are unable to give exact delivery times.
For timed deliveries a surcharge will be made.
On arrival, please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive. All goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage. The couriers are obliged to wait while you inspect the goods. If the courier will not wait, please either accept and sign, or sign as "DAMAGED" if damaged or refuse delivery and ask the couriers to take them back with them. Please state this on the delivery documentation, this will help us to make claims on your behalf from the couriers should the item prove to be beyond repair. If you sign for a 'Clean Bill of Delivery', any insurance claims against the courier for damage in transit will be void. Do not sign â€œ UNCHECKEDâ€.
You have 7 days to notify firstname.lastname@example.org of any damage, shortages or incorrect items. If we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify email@example.com in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.
Please do not install your good(s) if they are damaged, or incorrect as once they have been installed you have agreed to them being in good condition.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only make one delivery, if you are not at the delivery address to accept the delivery, a second delivery charge will be made.
There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety the driver is only contracted to deliver Kerbside. Delivery inside a customerâ€™s property is at the driverâ€™s discretion.
For large and heavy items please ensure there will be adequate assistance in helping the driver unload.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage, shortages or incorrect items.
We will make every effort to deliver your goods within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will contact our couriers on your behalf.
Goods you order from Radiating Style may sometimes be sent in more than one delivery, even if you've requested that you receive them all together. For example, you may receive multiple deliveries if your order contains an oversized item that needs to be dispatched separately.
Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you will only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always advise you either by email or telephone. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Extra Items Delivered
If, by mistake we supply you with extra goods you have not ordered or paid for you must notify us immediately. We may ask for you to return the goods back to Radiating Style. If we do we will refund postage/courier costs.
If you are unable to return the goods we may be required to collect the goods from you. We will notify you of a date when these goods will be collected from you and we can only collect from the original delivery address. Should the collection fail due to you not being available you will be liable for the costs involved for the failed collection and subsequent collection attempts.
If you do not adhere to this procedure and are found to be in possession of goods that you have not paid for, you will be charged for the goods.
Wherever possible, previously used goods/clearance will be highlighted as being so, on the website at the time you place your order.
Warranties for clearance products will be 30 days unless otherwise stated, should you have faulty clearance goods, please contact Radiating Style within 30 days after receipt of the goods.
In the unlikely event the clearance goods develop a fault Radiating Style will:
Replace those clearance Good(s), if we have available the same clearance Goods(s) at the same price, repair the clearance Good(s); or
Refund or re-credit you the sum you have paid for the relevant clearance Good(s) within 30 days of the date that the relevant clearance Good(s) are returned in accordance with our return procedure.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

30-day returns policy
Radiating Style offer one of the best returns policies.
To qualify for Radiating Style 30 day return policy (does not affect your 7 day returns policy, DSR) the good(s) must not have been used, damaged, must be in the their original packaging and in a resalable condition (this excludes made-to order goods). You may need your receipt as proof of purchase.
The customer will be liable for the return costs to Radiating Style. The good(s) must arrive back with Radiating Style in perfect condition â€“ we reserve the right to refuse items not up to standard. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted goods to us unless we delivered these goods to you in error or they are faulty.
We do NOT collect any unwanted goods.
Before sending items back, please contact us in writing, if these goods are to be returned. If you are eligible to return your goods you will be advised of this. Radiating Style will not accept any goods back without the customer first complying with these terms.
We would advise all customers to use a delivery service that covers the value of the goods being returned, as we will not be able to offer replacements, credit notes or refunds for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once your goods have been accepted under our 30-day returns policy you will be given a full refund within 30 days subject to a 25% restocking charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation and Return of Goods
We believe that you will be delighted with your goods, however, in the event of you feeling that it is necessary to return the goods we will keep the process as simple and professional as possible.
You must notify Radiating Style within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. To do this, please email us or write to us.
You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us and you will bear the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature on delivery. Please Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Radiating Style reserves the right to seek damages.
Made to or painted to order goods are excluded from this and are not returnable.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you fail to return the cancelled goods within 30 days, we will collect the items from you, you must make the item available for us to collect, and we will seek damages from you for the direct cost of collection.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will seek damages from you for the reduction in value.
For goods, which have arrived damaged, you will need to contact us within 3 working days of receipt of the order.
Faulty items do not fall under the 30-day returns policy. Any faulty items will be dealt with on an individual basis. If your item is faulty, you will still need to contact us in writing within this period.
All goods are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of the Purchaserâ€™s invoice to be free from any manufacturing defects.
Radiating Style will replace/repair any goods found faulty due to manufacturing or workmanship free of charge within this period, subject to the following conditions:
- The defect is not due to wear and tear, accident, misuse, improper operation or failure due to incorrect installation:
- The Purchaser pays the cost of labour;
- Proof of purchase is available:
- The benefit of this warranty is given to the first retail purchaser of the goods and is not assignable.
- Our liability will under no circumstances extend beyond the repair or replacement of the product supplied by us. Claims for either labour in replacement or damage to property are not admissible.
Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item, as this will be needed should there be a fault.
We may ask you for digital images or that you return the item to us to verify that the fault exists, should we find no fault with a returned item you will be liable for the return cost of the goods.
Overseas Orders and Warranties
All orders exclude carriage (advised on order) and VAT (to be charged at prevailing rate). We deliver to UK only. We do not deliver to shipping agents.
Customers wishing to ship goods abroad should be aware of the following points:
Manufacturer warranties are only valid in the UK.
Radiating Style will not be liable for the return of damaged or faulty goods from outside the UK.
All goods must be checked for damage or defects. Please ensure the goods are ordered well in advance of your shipping schedules. While electrical items can be shipped overseas, this will invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

You have seven days cancellation period for â€œnon-specialâ€ orders only, after you have received the goods. Providing that they have not been used, damaged, are still in the their original packaging and in a resalable condition . You will have to return these goods back to us.
We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within a maximum of 5 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our responsibility to you
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
